Just to prove that I'd done it, I recorded the moment I got the third sail up on my tod. As I say in the clip it may only have been 4 knots and the fenders were still out but it was quite an achievement for someone who has only been sailing for two years. Kenny showed us how you can open a champagne bottle by running a knife up the shaft of the bottle. The cork and the actual end of the bottle launch somewhere. But in the end, the top of the bottle is broken off with no glass in the bottle. Pretty cool party trick.
