Because space is limited on the boat, l use a clothing subscription service to keep some variety in my wardrobe. I sure miss my walk-in closet, but Teacher Style Box has made the transition to boat life more manageable. It can be the worst feeling, especially when they start to hinder your workouts 🤦🏻♀️ 👉🏼The hips are a unique part of the body in that they move in SO many directions - flexion, extension, rotation. They also are influenced by our glutes, hamstrings, psoas, spine and more. ❌ So simply stretching in one direction won’t always help the issue.
