Dicen que ceñir es de pobres y seguramente lo serĂĄ. Pero cuando uno nace asĂ, le gustan las sensaciones fuertes y la ceñida es la emociĂłn de la vela. Unos buenos bordos en ceñida, o una buena estrategia para llegar del punto A al punto B, son a mi entender el secreto de una buena navegaciĂłn a vela.
