It is primitive, painful and lonely work, and she is one of a dying breed. In Last Mermaids, follow the journey of Korean American Kimi Kim as she leaves her hometown New York to find her roots on Jeju Island. With Ok-sun as her mentor, she learns the ancient craft of diving for sustenance and finds peace beneath the surface in the mermaidโs garden.
