Corrosion perforante découverte sur la poutre transversale de notre Lagoon 42 (2018), au niveau de la jonction des daviers. Après démontage et nettoyage, des traces de corrosion galvanique importantes sont apparues, avec perforation localisée de l’aluminium. Si vous êtes propriétaire de Lagoon 40 ou 42, vérifiez la zone sous les daviers avant : inox / aluminium + humidité + électrolyte = corrosion galvanique possible. Nous documentons ici le constat, sans conclusion hâtive. This Rogue was built by a luthier as the "just-right" size amongst John Welsford's many capable camp cruising sailboat designs. Here it sails in Puget Sound with other participants in the 2019 Salish 100 Small Boat Cruise. Planned overnight stops along the route included Hope Island Marine State Park, Penrose Point Marine State Park, Gig Harbor, Blake Island Marine State Park, the Port of Kingston, and Mats Mats Bay before reaching our final destination in Port Townsend.
