Το Women in Yachting Conference σχεδιάστηκε από την ONDECK Events με στόχο να γίνει ένα δυναμικό βήμα διαλόγου, έμπνευσης και συνεργασιών. Η διοργάνωση τόνισε ότι η ισότητα δεν αποτελεί μόνο ηθική επιταγή, αλλά και στρατηγικό πλεονέκτημα για τις επιχειρήσεις του σήμερα. Αναδείχθηκε η ανάγκη για: πολιτικές που στηρίζουν τη γυναικεία επιχειρηματικότητα, ευκαιρίες κατάρτισης και mentoring, εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα που προάγουν τη συμπερίληψη, δίκαιη εκπροσώπηση σε ηγετικές θέσεις, ενίσχυση της ορατότητας νέων γυναικείων προτύπων. Οι συζητήσεις των πάνελ, από τις πρωτοπόρες που άνοιξαν δρόμους σε έναν απαιτητικό χώρο, μέχρι τις νέες επαγγελματίες της τεχνολογίας, του σχεδιασμού και της βιωσιμότητας, ανέδειξαν τον καταλυτικό ρόλο των γυναικών στο μέλλον του κλάδου. Ένα συνέδριο που ανοίγει νέους ορίζοντες Η ONDECK Events δεσμεύεται να συνεχίσει και να επεκτείνει τον θεσμό, θέτοντας τις βάσεις για ακόμη πιο στοχευμένες δράσεις τα επόμενα χρόνια. Το Women in Yachting δεν ήταν απλώς μια ημερίδα· ήταν μια εμπειρία που άγγιξε καρδιές, ενεργοποίησε συνειδήσεις και άνοιξε νέους ορίζοντες για το μέλλον του κλάδου. Merci à @Nautix pour son partenariat et cet A88 formula+ au top! Pour la peinture anti salissure. La préparation de la coque est essentielle. -lavage au jet haute pression -gratter au giratoire les parties qui s'écaillent. Souvent à la flottaison côté sud -ponçage à l'eau 80 dans un premier temps puis plus fin. Le ponçage doit se faire à la cale et à la main. -bien rincer la coque de votre voilier ensuite au jet, puis à l'éponge puis au chiffon. Il faut enlever tout résidu de ponçage, le jet seul ni parvient pas - laisser sécher Et peindre Pour le polish sur la coque. Ce voilier est haut je préfère pour des raisons d'efficacité appliquer le polish au balai télescopique. -une application -un polissage au chiffon doux et sec -une application - un polissage au chiffon - la dernière - Le dernier polissage je le fais avec un échafaudage et une polisseuse électrique sans fil avec la moumoute de finition
