Vi har nu lämnat Panamabukten bakom oss och första etappen bjöd på tuff kryss i stampig sjö. Men mitt i allt lyckades vi fånga en makrill som blev en fantastisk middag ombord. Under nattpasset hörde jag valar och delfiner ute i mörkret, en sådan där stund som gör att man glömmer både sömnbrist och motvind. Morgonen bjöd på lugnare vindar men nu har vinden kommit tillbaka och vi seglar vidare i 5–6 knop utan motor, precis som vi vill ha det. We knew that One Piece (Beneteau 51.1) was a worthy boat and we just experience it to her first sailing course this week.
