THE Benchmark design freefall lifeboat, the FF1200, received the Norwegian Design Council "Award For Design Excellence" in 2010. It set a world record drop height of 55m in 2009, and another at 65m in 2013. This video was broadcast at the pricegiving. Video should play in 1080p. La "stazza" cosiddetta è un momento importante per tutti, per BET1128 per Gaetano, per il costruttore, per il progettista ma soprattutto per la performance. E' la prova del nove: si conosce il peso reale della barca finita, la capacità di raddrizzamento e se è conforme o meno in tutte le sue parti alle regole di stazza, condizione necessaria per correre nella classe di appartenenza. Sopratutto è piuttosto faticoso svuotare e preparare la barca, poi richiede una certa organizzazione. E' normale che se va a buon fine ci sia soddisfazione. www.gaetanomura.com
