DICEMBRE 2019 Il nostro fidato Eurovinil è scaduto da un paio di anni. Sfortunatamente in tutto il Pacifico, dalla Polinesia Francese alle Fiji, dalla Nuova Caledonia all'Australia non è stato possibile trovare una stazione di revisione. La Eurovinil ci ha consigliato di recarci al più presto a Singapore per effettuare la revisione 😝. Abbiamo deciso di provare ad aprirlo: tutto ha funzionato perfettamente. A malincuore, dopo aver recuperato il materiale salvabile abbiamo buttato tutto nel cassonetto. Talk about being SHOCKED! My neighbor SURPRISED me with a gift that he got while free diving in front of our home. He saw me firing up the grill for some steak and thought he would go free diving to turn my dinner into a "surf and turf". He walked straight out of the ocean and up to my lanai and proceeded to clean it right there! I have never cooked an octopus before so I asked him how and he gave me some quick tips and then handed it to me. When I put the Octopus into the boiling pot of water it began to move. Then when I put the salt in the water it moved even more. It was trippy! Knowing what I know now, I will certainly try a few things different to help get the meat to be more tender.
