Questa ancora ci mancava. Un delfino, cioè dico UN DELFINO, su 2 metri di fondale, in un canale. È la migliore sveglia da quando sono nato. Abbiamo sentito respirare ed è stato inconfondibile. Gli occhi lo hanno solo confermato. Dopo una sveglia così non si poteva che migliorare: le condizioni del mare sono perfette. Mollati gli ormeggi da Antigua facciamo prua su Barbuda, una delle isole più selvagge dei Caraibi. Durante la navigazione ascoltiamo buona musica e ci ricordiamo di quanto sia bello navigare a vela. È proprio vero che è sempre, e ancora una volta, tutta una questione di equilibri. Not gonna lie, first time berthing this beast was terrifying (I’d only berthed using tiller steer on smaller boats before this) but I’m sloooowly getting the hang of it! We’re heading south to the Gold Coast for some much needed repairs, a few upgrades and a bum clean.
