@virgincharteryachts attended the La Grande Motte Multihull show to tour the Aventura 50 powercat, winner of the 'Multihull of the Year' award. The Aventura 50 will be joining the Virgin Charter Yachts BVI bareboat charter fleet at Nanny Cay Marina in the British Virgin Islands in the Spring of 2024. Who's the fastest windsurfer ever? ▫️ We ran a reel recently on the 500m World Sailing Speed Record currently held by Paul Larsen on Sailrocket 2. There are quite a few windsurfers on the list. ▫️ We got quite a few comments asking "where is Bjorn Dunkerbeck?" While he doesn´t hold any 500m sailing records, he has held 3 outright records over a nautical mile and also hit 55.97 knots over a 2 second time gap in 2021. ▫️ So here he is.
