🌿 Growing up in an abusive family can leave deep scars, but remind yourself —and everyone else who needs to hear it—that it’s okay to feel the way you do. It’s okay to acknowledge the pain and confusion that comes from a childhood filled with fear and uncertainty.  "I promise to honor my journey, no matter how difficult it may seem. Healing is not linear, and there will be days when the weight of the past feels heavy. But I’m learning that it’s okay to take my time. It’s okay to seek help and lean on others when I need support." So here’s to all of us who carry the weight of our pasts: it’s okay to feel lost sometimes, but it’s also okay to rise above it. We are stronger than we realize, and with each step forward, we reclaim our power. Let’s continue this journey together, knowing that healing is possible and brighter days are ahead. 💖✨ #HealingJourney #YouAreNotAlone"

J109 Going to Red gliding by J122E Javelin during Volvo Cork Week 2024. The bright yellow kite on Javelin was hard to miss at the looked to get deep on the run. It was all smile on Going to Red with the crew giving the competitors on Javelin a wave as they glided by. The team at bottom up boats hope you enjoy these shorts bits from our 2024 racing season. The good news is it is not long now until the 2025 season kicks into gear.
