Recent hulls now have a new, integrated cross beam and longeron (bow sprit) custom made in Cape Town for the Vision 444. Not only does this remove any through-hull connections near the waterline for the support cables of which I can not remember the name, it also provides a solid walking/standing area when working with the anchor or mooring.

We're two days in, and no races at the 2023 Moth Worlds. The wind just won't play ball, barely puffing above 6 knots for the 140 sailors from 24 different countries who are gathered to race in Weymouth, UK.
