Oggi è ufficialmente arrivata l’estate qui. Canotta, sole cocente, teste bagnate, creme solari, cali di pressione. D’altra parte stiamo correndo verso il caldo, quindi significa che siamo sulla strada giusta. Il vento è stato moderato, ma il nostro enorme gennaker blu ci fa volare a una media di 7/8 nodi. La rotta è leggermente deviata verso sud, perché stiamo fuggendo da una bonaccia incombente. Corriamo come il vento verso il vento! La pesca sta dando timidi risultati, con un grande barracuda che abbiamo prontamente restituito al mare (temiamo la cigutera) e un piccolo pesciotto che sembra essere un carango. We had heard, that in between the 2 islands below Cannes, there would be a red catamaran with a flag with 'Pizza' on it. Yes, this was a boat where fresh pizzas were made and which you could! Check out the menu here: https://www.catapizza.fr. You could pick up the pizza yourself (you will receive a text message) or for € 5 your order will be brought to you on the boat with 1 of the 4 dinghies they have. We decided to pick the pizza up ourselves and eat it on the boat, you can watch us in this video picking up the pizza's. Delicious pizzas and great to see how they are made at the boat. Did you notice the fresh basil plants at the back of the boat? This CataPizza has been around for 10 years now as they tell you in this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SwAcrqcfAJQ. About 200 pizzas are sold every day for € 20. So you can do the math yourself that this is a great business model!
