While looking for a cell phone signal in my tender outside of Squirrel Cove in Desolation Sound, this whale surfaced just off my stern. A nine foot boat feels rather small in comparison. I just sat and watched for quite some time until it was out of sight.

Nicks on the second yacht to export in the past two weeks. Last week from Dubrovnik to Montenegro. Tonight exporting one 12 nautical miles out from Split then heading for Neum in Bosnia.
