El espacio de trabajo de los talleres de sueños compartidos recupera esta necesidad de contar y discutir los suenos individuales en grupo. Es posible explorar los esquemas relacionales y los vínculos que nos unen en la sociedad a través de los sueños que hacemos cada noche. El sueño es una representación profunda de nuestra vida cotidiana y se genera gracias a las capacidades cognitivas y emotivas que compartimos como miembros de la Especie Humana. El lenguaje de los sueños nos permite desviarnos de los obstáculos del inconsciente que son el resultado de nuestros mecanismos de defensas. Sin enfocarse en tareas de terapia individual o grupal y sin darse el objectivo de solucionar traumas, esta simple técnica nos permite llegar a ver el posible transcurso evolutivo de nuestros pensamientos y activar recursos individuales y de grupos a través de las imágenes que los sueños nos regalan.
