We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). At Lagoon, celebrations are taking place throughout 2024, having started in March with the presentation of the Lagoon 60 at their Bordeaux site and continued with the Lagoon Escapade. Over the long weekend of May 17, 18 and 19, no fewer than 30 owners’ rendezvous were held simultaneously all around the world (well, almost simultaneously, ignoring the time difference...). In all, 300 Lagoons and 1,500 crew celebrated this anniversary.
