Your support is very much appreciated! We left Bennett’s Harbor headed for Rock Sound, Eleuthera, Bahamas Little San Salvador was bought by Holland America cruise line and renamed Half Moon Cay. It’s now a private island just for cruise ship customers. We anchored over night in Half Moon Bay where we could see the tourist area. The water is a beautiful blue over white sand. See the video. The beach is cleaned by two tractors in the early morning and the workers are ferried in before the cruise ship anchors to unload its passengers. QP did a bit of modeling and fishing before the sun went down, this is a must see video! We left early the next morning at dawn. Next stop, John Millar’s on the southern tip of Eleuthera. I`m Prepping for the ultimate 2025 challenge! 🚤🌸 After 5 incredible years cruising Japan on my Gibsea 402, I’m gearing up for Chasing the Cherry Blossom 2, a journey to sail the length of Japan during Sakura Season—25 years after doing it by bicycle. 🗾 This haulout in Okinawa is to ready my boat (and myself) for the adventure of a lifetime as I celebrate turning 70! 💪⛵ Follow along for every step of this epic odyssey! 🌊 This is day 14 ( i skipped day 13 as I was on land taking care of some personal matters) of the haul out.
