#Ceñir es el rumbo más deportivo que nos ofrece la navegación a vela. Tenemos el través, la popa, un descuartelar y el largo. En el largo, el viento nos entra 135 grados con respecto a la proa. En esta condición, debemos abrir bien las velas y darles potencia. Atrasar carros de escota de génova, lascar el pajarín, drizas, cunningham...
