@nexdiving was kind enough to have me visit for a couple of days to learn about regulators. Plus, I got set up with a new sidemount harness, which I absolutely love. It has been YEARS since my Scuba Pro servicing course, and it was really helpful to get all of my questions answered and have hands-on experience with these regulators. This was my reaction to the first attempt at launching Freddie, after over a week of waiting past the day we were told we would be launched… We put our lives on hold to get her ready and to show up for this, not to mention getting our hopes way up that we would finally see her off land and back where she belongs, in the water… My heart was hurting and I felt frustrated… but tried to focus on positives.
