Where should we go or what should we try next? We've been in Trinidad a while but hadn't tried a huge selection of local food, so when a Trini friend invited us to go to the Queen's Park Savannah Food Strip in Port of Spain of course we said yes! It was a fun way to try a huge selection of dishes, including Goat Geera, Chicken Roti, Pig Tails and Pie. in less than 12 hours we went from high winds, rain, lightening to dead Calm. Mother Nature's is definitely showing her bipolar side today. Both sides can be beautiful but I prefer her Calm side!
