Adventured out through the jungles of Oahu, Hawaii to find the hidden waterfall of Lua'alaea in the back of the Manoa Valley. This hike took a little over three hours to complete with breaks and hopefully you will be able to navigate the mazes at the beginning to locate this treat on the island.

Quando si vivono esperienze così piene e immersive il tempo sembra scorrere a un ritmo diverso. Non più veloce, non più lento, solo diverso. Le giornate sembrano sovrapporsi l’una all’altra, i momenti si fondono per creare una singola immagine riassuntiva del viaggio. Così come gli altri due giorni abbiamo navigato, per lo più a motore, controvento e controcorrente, per altre 130 miglia. L’unico vero cambiamento è stato veder scorrere territorio americano alla nostra sinistra, mentre costeggiavamo Porto Rico. Fino al tramonto non è avvenuto niente di significativo. Ma con il buio si svegliano le tenebre che portiamo dentro, e così anche le nostre paure. Temporali notturni e collisioni nella notte sono due tra gli eventi che abbiamo scampato per un soffio. Lo vedremo in modo più approfondito nella parte 2 di questo giorno! A presto C.
