Passion fruits are one of the more odd tropical fruits because the flesh is not the edible part. By cutting them open, you reveal a center filled with seeds and a jelly-like substance and that’s what is eaten. The seeds are very edible and they are easily chewed. They add tartness to the taste, and while the first spoonful takes a leap of courage, the fruit is very tasty and the consistency is dominated by the crunchy seeds.

Cyclist doored on Market near Montgomery BART this morning just after 8:00 am, when a rear passenger suddenly got out at a red light. Unfortunately, my RideEye doesn't capture details at distance--or any time I hit a bump--so you can't really see it happen. Rider said she's ok.

Life on a sailboat can be quite exciting. Good thing we are up for the adventure. Winds are gusting to above 40 knots and sustained at 30 knots. Living in the Gulf of Kotor during Winter keeps us on our toes for sure.
