This video was taken at the dock by Andy on 10/10 @ 4am. I am just now able to post. The boat faired well and is fine. As soon as we can get on the dock to assess for damage we will. Hope everyone faired well too!

Want those extra glute gains, but don’t have any weights? I gotchuuuuu 😌 At the end of every sets, add in a 10 to 15 second hold. You can do this with every exercise. Glute bridges, squats, lunges etc.
