You can learn so much by taking whatever camera is available to you. Practice your buoyancy, composition, and editing. Then, when you're ready, you can move on to a more advanced setup. I recommend lights as the first big investment. Underwater photography and videography is an expensive hobby, so especially if you're on a budget, you want to be practical about your equipment decisions. Tell me what equipment you're working with! I am still figuring out what kind of setup I want to grow into, so it would be cool to hear what you're using and what you like/dislike about it. Watch the full video of this dive on my channel.
