Is it crazy to buy an old boat with no clue about sailing? MAYBE A LITTLE :) But hey, I do love a good challenge! I will make my skippers ticket and learn how to sial, learn how to fix up this old girls and maybe one day sail her around australia. I've already learned so much and met so many amazing peole. The Golden Gate can be a challenging gate to sail through. The wind accelerates and shifts sometimes wildly. We call these the gremlins. Thankfully we made it through without a wipeout, even with a gybe right under the bridge.
