Hugh and Suze crossing St. Catherine's Sound on the GA coast on December 01, 2012. Tide was ebbing and wind was incoming from the NE making the crossing a little testy. This is actually quite normal anytime the wind and tides oppose each other in these sounds. At least this time the waves hadn't built up more that a foot or so.

Even if you're not so sure about cave diving, the courses are absolutely worth experiencing.
