Aslan balıkları yavaş yavaş dünya denizlerine yayılıyor. Türkiye’de gördüğümüz ilk aslan balığına ne kadar heyecanlandığımızı dün gibi hatırlıyoruz. Şimdi her yerdeler. Onları yiyen balık olmadığı için iş başa düşüyor. Ayrıca çok da lezzetli bir balık. Dikkatlice temizlerseniz muhteşem bir akşam yemeği sizi bekliyor demektir.

THE BEGINNING OF THE ADVENTURE As I hung up the phone and begin running frantically across the parking lot... A car barrels in front of me blaring its horn. Carl pops his head up and yells 'whoa, what's the rush?' Its Another Adventure, she's sinking! I scream and point across Boca Ciega bay in Gulfport St Pete. Through the Thinly scattered boats across the Anchorage you could barely see the gray hull of Another Adventure, the bow was dipping bellow the surface and the stern gunwale only 2-3 ft from the water. it appeared as if there was no way to make it in time but I didn't miss a beat as I sprinted around his car and to the dinghy dock. Hoisting the sail on the sunfish and cursing the wind gods 'of course there's no damn wind, why would there be wind at a time like this?' I exclaimed with frustration. fortunately I am smart enough to keep a paddle on bored and begin making my way out swiftly. That was over 3 years and 7000 nautical miles of Another Adventure ago! when Another Adventure was in fact not my Adventure at all. The above is the beginning of a book I will hopefully one day finish and is a true story of how sometimes just doing the right thing can open doors beyond your wildest dreams! 2 tbsp yogurt starter per cup of milk Heat milk to 175F Remove from heat and let cool to 115F Stir in yogurt starter but don’t overmix, maintain clumps Keep warm for 12 hours in the oven (by turning on the oven light or if you’re using a boat oven like me, heat the oven for 3 minutes before placing the pot inside just to get the oven warm, turn off the oven and then place the pot covered in a towel)
