https://velaboatworks.com/ We pulled the Vela 368 Catamaran out of the shop for a quick clean. At this stage, she's got high build primer on the gunnel cap. The console and helm seat are fastened in place. Now we are about to take her out for a spin to see how she rides with the extra weight.

Our leather wrapped steering wheels were in poor condition after years of baking in the sun with little to no conditioner. Today was the day to recondition them and being them back to life. They aren’t perfect but much better than how they started 🤪 @sailingeriskay It’s a task worth undertaking which required much elbow grease and dedicated time to bring them back to life. I’m not a professional leather restorer but simply used techniques I had seen on YouTube.
