At-risk homeless children learn how to "Taste a Rainbow," as part of a nutrition course created by Party Girl Diet author Aprilanne Hurley as a registered Natural Foods Chef with First Lady Michelle Obama's Chefs Move to Schools Program, Hurley taught the parents at Weinberg Village Waimanelo on the Hawaiian island of Oahu how to cook with fresh, local ingredients for better health; and showed the children how much fun eating healthy can be by teaching "nutrition through color." In this short clip you get a peek at how exited the children were to "Taste a RAinbow." By the end of the day, the parents and children ate 9 colors through a beautifully prepared, healthy meal complete with fruit kabobs for dessert! Whitsunday Escape has a new boat, a Leopard 44, and one of the brilliant features on it that make boating easy, is the automatic raising and lowering of the dinghy. The dinghy is slipped into davits at the back of the boat, and all you have to do is press a button to either raise it out of the water, or put it in the water. Simple!
