At-risk homeless children learn how to "Taste a Rainbow," as part of a nutrition course created by Party Girl Diet author Aprilanne Hurley as a registered Natural Foods Chef with First Lady Michelle Obama's Chefs Move to Schools Program, Hurley taught the parents at Weinberg Village Waimanelo on the Hawaiian island of Oahu how to cook with fresh, local ingredients for better health; and showed the children how much fun eating healthy can be by teaching "nutrition through color." In this short clip you get a peek at how exited the children were to "Taste a RAinbow." By the end of the day, the parents and children ate 9 colors through a beautifully prepared, healthy meal complete with fruit kabobs for dessert! ON LOCATION Who knew that when visiting Zagreb you could get to visit a vast underground military air base. Reportedly the largest underground airport and military airbase in the former Yugoslavia, and one of the largest in Europe. The airbase was used intensively in 1991, during the Yugoslav war. While long abandoned, you get to explore with care, underground tunnels that once totalled a length of 3.5 kilometres (now mostly in ruins). Today the airbase remains as an eerily desolate place. The tunnel network inside the mountain is a dark (literally) maze to explore. To book this tour we recommend a guide.
