Need a workout to push your limits AND requires zero equipment? I’ve got ya covered 😅 This workout absolutely destroyedddd me when I did it. To the point that flies were landing on me. Because I was #ded ☠️ We’re hoping to find a gym somewhere soon because I do miss training with dumbbells, but in the meantime, these workouts are doing the trick! Save & try for your next cardio / HIIT day! Workout details: Perform each exercise for 40 seconds on with a 10 seconds rest in between. Break two minutes between sets.
