This converted Admiralty Launch vessel is moored on a residential berth in the middle of Greenland dock conveniently located between London Bridge and Docklands on the jubilee and overground lines and nestled in a vibrant boating and local community. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom home or a great place to work from home the combination of saloon wheelhouse, galley, lounge and cabins offers great flexibility in the use of the spaces. The boat can be sold with out the licence and off the mooring and the sale price would be adjusted accordingly.
