Amanda, originaire de La Rochelle, a profité d’un passage dans sa ville natale pour découvrir et vous faire découvrir nos ateliers et le savoir-faire AMEL, ainsi que nos deux voiliers : AMEL 50 et AMEL 60. The Whiskey Plank is the final plank required to complete the outer shell of a wooden hull. With this major milestone, it is traditional to take a brief moment to celebrate the mounting of the whiskey plank with a celebration involving shots of whiskey all around... so that’s what we did as we installed the last plank on Hull 1 of the of the LM46! This is our third cold-molded hull in as many years and we’re really enjoying tying tradition together with our modern approach to yacht construction. 🎥: @mackenzie_lyman
