We indeed traveled to Mumbai, India, with an eclectic and international team of adventurers, which would help us understand the problem. The outcome; four chapters, four short interconnected documentaries featuring the reaction of four captivating international characters. Top models Alena Blohm from Germany , Simon Nessman from Canada, Spanish adventurer Gotzon Mantuliz and French actor Michel Biel – with whom we visited the Dharavi neighborhood (famed globally by the movie Slum Dog Millionaire), the Uttan dump, and the Mumbai coast, to understand how plastic reaches the oceans, in a setting with a fascinating culture and people that will make us learn that there is hope, and that, as with all problems, there are solutions.
