In our @Dreamtimesail Episode 98 sail with us deep into Saleh Bay on Indonesia’s Sumbawa Island where we are stunned by the ultimate snorkelling adventure ever, swimming amongst more gigantic, but incredibly gentle whale sharks than we could possibly even count. Then continue riding along on Our Dreamtime as we sail further west from one breathtaking anchorage to another along Sumbawa towards Lombok.

With its deep V-hull and Alaskan bulkhead, the HewesCraft SeaRunner 220 is the perfect commuter/fishing boat in all weather conditions. Un de los retos más importantes (y difíciles) de la campaña "Velero Diosa Maat en Acción", era el cruce del mar de Alborán. Desde Almería, casi 100 millas de mar, mar, mar nos separaban de nuestro destino: Melilla. ¡Última parada de "El velero Diosa Maat en Acción"! En Melilla nos espera "Ecologistas en Acción-Guelaya", la federación de Ecologistas en Acción de la Ciudad. Como curiosidad nos dicen que Guelaya es una zona geográfica que abarca más que la ciudad de Melilla y se adentra en Marruecos. Y coincidimos con ellos: el ecologismo no entiende de fronteras. Durante la travesía nos organizamos en turnos de dos personas cada dos horas, para asegurar que siempre hubiese alguien en cubierta mirando al horizonte y vigilando cualquier novedad en la mar (como barcos grandes que se comen el velero).
