Hi there fellow sailors, adventurers and adventure seekers! We are Julie, Greg and Nelly (our sailor cat). With software dictating the shape of the mold, the sail can be built with amazing precision, but it's not perfect and often times, only the expert eyes of the sail designer can spot irregularities, which can then can be fine-tuned before curing the sail.
