In May 2019, the 3rd PAPA Regatta took place for the first time in Croatia. Although the weather was unusually cool and overcast for the season, it brought steady winds — ideal conditions for competitive sailing. Als erstes geht es von Sizilien rund 200 Seemeilen nach Sardinien und von dort knapp 550 Seemeilen nach Almerimar am spanischen Festland. Dabei geht einiges kaputt und ein Containerschiff nähert sich auf Kollisionskurs. Geht das gut? This time we are sailing longer distances again, further and further west. First, we sail around 200 nautical miles from Sicily to Sardinia and from there just about 550 nautical miles to Almerimar on the Spanish mainland.
