One of the most exciting and anxiety inducing moments is seeing our 17,000 pound sailboat hovering above the ground making its way to the water! being dropped from a few feet off the ground could do more damage than being out in a storm at sea! It's always a feeling of relief when the keel touches the water, and our adventure home is floating again! Every morning I wake up and take Cara for a walk. When we get back to the boat, I make coffee. The mocha pot is the tool of choice for me here. An espresso blend and grind works so well…a beautiful cuppa. #teammochapot #mochapot #coffeetime

We even witnessed a procession passing by our catamaran in the harbor of Santurtzi. The saint of this city near Bilbao is Carmen and during the ‘Festival El Carmen’ Her Statue is carried from the church to the harbor. She is placed on a rowing boat, then the boat goes to the sea, seamen throw flowers in the sea and then returning again with the statue back to the harbor while the music is playing out of the harbor speakers. Impressive to watch this ceremony.
