"It works perfectly on a 23 tons aluminum cat - GARCIA 48, entered in the next WORLD ARC" And a later report: "This week we tested the GARCIA with 25 knots wind from behind - excellent with your XT vane !!!!!!" Ya desde primera hora la ría amenazaba tormenta. Temperatura elevada, mucha humedad, aire cargado, mal color. Empezó a soplar viento del este y la experiencia me dijo que debíamos ir a puerto. Al poco de atracar se desató una tormenta con vientos de cuarenta nudos.

Oggi è una giornata di buone notizie e di cattive notizie. È una giornata di acquisti spaziali, di schiene dritte e di fisioterapia evitata. In questa giornata l’autopilota non viene aggiustato e speriamo tanto possano farlo domani. Sarà una giornata lunga domani perché temiamo che le nostre speranze si spegneranno tristemente. Allora dobbiamo compensare oggi con una bella giornata. È per questo che, finito il lavoro, andiamo a noleggiare una deriva (sulla quale io non sono mai salita, oltretutto). Ma oggi si trasforma in una giornata un po’ sbilenca, perché stanno riponendo proprio in questo momento le derive e fino a domani non si potranno noleggiare. Così la giornata in deriva diventa la giornata di passeggiate, di gelati e di treccine scampate tra le risate. Cosa ci insegna questa giornata?
