The conditions were perfect to sail out of the remote islands interior blue lagoons and our into the open ocean for an overnight to the next island. We set off into the sunset and at first light we would wake to another destination. In future videos I’ll show what kind of trash we’ve been picking up in the ocean. But at the end of the day, as sailors, we are in the nest position to make an impact and reduce our own footprints by picking up plastic that we see in the water. If everyone did that, we’d have a little less plastic in the oceans.
