Can a tourist keep up with a Solomon Island local? 🌴 We tried our hand at traditional coconut scraping to make some fresh coconut cream, but let’s just say we were a bit outmatched! It’s incredible to see how fast the locals can work—in the time it took us to do half a coconut, he had finished the whole batch! Such a fun way to learn about local food culture in Telina.
