This 1995 Bayliner 2859 Express Classic is a nice clean example with some nice options. Powered with a 7.4 litre Mercruiser with a Bravo 2 Sterndrive. It can sleep 6 with a spacious aft cabin and v-berth and table that converts to a double. It has everything you need for a weekend away, presurised hot and cold water, fridge, stove, 140 watt solar panel with Victron battery monitor and diesel forced air heat. Comes with a ridged hull inflatable with a 15hp motor. A Lowrance plotter sounder and Radar will help you get there and once there the windlass makes anchoring a breeze. This video shows how the Yanmar engine options looks in the engine bay. We are going with the 37 HP Nanni engine in Mira. We are doing this because it is about 100 lbs lighter, much simpler and, as per James, outperforms the Yanmar option. More to come on the Nanni option.
