This Aviation has: 2 ½ ounces of gin ¾ ounce lemon juice (fresh squeezed) ½ ounce Luxardo Liqueur ½ ounce Creme de Violette 1 Luxardo cherry (optional) 1 strip of lemon peel for garnish Place gin (I used Empress Indigo Gin!), Luxardo liqueur, and Crème de Violette, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake the cocktail shaker until the shaker is cold and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a strip of lemon peel. Maserati Multi70 (ITA), skippered by Giovanni Soldini, crossed the finish line of the 2020 Rolex Middle Sea Race at the Royal Malta Yacht Club to take Multihull Line Honours at 20:41:31 CEST on Monday 19th October in an elapsed time of 2 days, 08 hours 31 minutes 31 seconds. Mana (ITA), owned by Riccardo Pavoncelli, finished fifteen minutes behind after a closely fought battle around the course. "That was really a great race. There was many many moments.
