After a brilliant start right on the gun, Law Connect sailed well down the Western Channel to hold off all challengers and get outside first in just under six minutes. They also managed to furl their A2 really well and this year and kept first place once out in the Tasman Sea and heading South for Hobart. Well done crew.

Despite its name, the #FlyingGurnard does not actually fly in the air like a bird or insect. Its specialised pectoral fins are actually enlarged and resemble wings.
