When people ask me why we help animals and not people, I say to them - we do help people. Animal and human health are intrinsically linked, when animals suffer we all suffer. There are many parasites, viruses and bacterial infections that can be transmitted between pets and the humans that love them. We got off the boat to do a 2 min Trash Run and these puppies think we left the! This is how excited they are when we leave the boat and come back. Usually they are left down below since it it was just a trash run, we figured they would be fine up top for a minute.
