While sailing down the coast of California I went up to the bow of the boat to get some insta360 footage and Ira pulled into a fatty! I don't think the center turning lane is intended for bypassing this much traffic. When I get up to the light you can see the break in the white line where cars are supposed to enter for turning. This guy is lucky someone didn't pull out into the turning lane as he came up.
