One of our NSSC Sailability members, Jazz Turner, featured on BBC South East Today lunchtime news whilst sailing on her epic Project FEAR ("face everything and rise") journey. She is attempting to become the first female wheelchair user to complete a solo, non-stop, unassisted circumnavigation of the UK and Ireland. Jazz is raising money for the Newhaven and Seaford Sailing Club (NSSC) Sailability fund. The Lion’s Tail features an unusual ingredient, Pimento Dram, aka Allspice Dram. It’s spicy and festive, perfect for the holidays! Ingredients 2 ounces Bourbon ¾ ounce lime juice ½ ounce Pimento Dram (sometimes called “allspice dram”) ¼ ounce simple syrup Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
