Thoughts 💭 1) after some of the dives I’ve seen so far, I think some of those soccer players could use this workout 😏 2) in before ‘uhhh maybe you should put on some proper clothes to workout’ (sorry but my butt is 4 shades lighter than my legs!!! 🫤🫤🫤). All you really need for this workout is a step! You can find something like that so easily around your home, and it levels up the workout a LOT! Perform the first 3 exercises as a circuit for 45 on / 15 off for 3 rounds. Perform the second 2 exercises 45 on / 15 off for 3 rounds. Make sure to perform both exercises on the SAME SIDE before switching legs. For extra fire Takes you up to 30 minutes with a very sore booty the next day 🔥 Happy Sunday friends! Recently we worked with the Irish Sailing Association at their Youth Pathway event held at Ballyholme Yacht Club. The event was one of the largest we have covered yet with racing over 5 fleets and 3 race courses. Fleets included Toppers, Optimists, Laser 4.7s, Laser Radials and 420s. As the ISA are currently working on building their social media channels, we decided that opting for several short videos would be most suited to their needs. We decided that filming would only be needed for one day, to allow us to get the content we required. We produced an overall video to release first, along with a short teaser for Instagram. We then worked and made a short 40-60 second video for each class. We also have the option to use the content to promote future events for the ISA
