We spent two nights at Manjack Cay and it did not disappoint! The mangroves had more turtles we've seen at any place in the Bahamas. The large reefs off the eastern coast of the Cay were excellent. We'll definitely be coming back.

Sheet bend is one of the way to connect two ropes and works best under pressure or load. Similar to square knot but more usable for ropes that are different size.
